Small items like jewelry and coasters are ready in 3–7 working days. Mid-size pieces like wall art take 7–14 days. Large furniture like dining tables takes 15–25 working days as each piece is individually crafted from scratch.
Yes — we ship pan-India with free shipping on all orders above ₹999. Fragile and large items are double-boxed, wrapped in foam, and fully insured during transit.
Absolutely. Every piece can be customised to your palette, dimensions, and finish. Just share your vision in the message form above or on WhatsApp and we'll send you a proposal within 24 hours.
We accept all UPI apps (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), direct bank transfer, and cash on collection from our studio. For large custom orders we require a 50% advance to begin work.
We accept returns within 7 days if the item arrives damaged — share photos on WhatsApp and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund. Custom orders are non-refundable once production begins.
